PRC uses BuildingConnected to manage our subcontractor and supplier selection process. Our goal is to partner with companies that share our collaborative spirit and perform safely.   • Our team sends bid opportunities directly through BuildingConnected based on your trade and project fit.

    Review plans and specifications, and submit your bid through the platform or as instructed in the invitation.

HOW BIDDING WORKS:

  • Invitations to bid are sent via BuildingConnected
  • Project documents (plans, specs, addenda) are included in each invitation
  • Bids are submitted through BuildingConnected or via email, depending on project requirements
  • Our estimating team may follow up for clarifications or scope alignment

We aim to maintain clear communication throughout the bidding process and keep things efficient for our trade partners.

PRC requires all contracted work to be submitted on an AIA G702/703 Pay Application by the 25th of the Month.

SAFETY PROGRAM

All employees are required to review and sign the PRC Safety Orientation.

Once signed, each employee will receive a PRC Safety Orientation Hardhat Sticker.
