EVERY STAGEYou experience the full project, from preconstruction to foundations, framing, facade, finishes, and turnover. Site visits and progress meetings are part of the job, so you see how a build actually comes together, not just one piece of it.

CHOOSE YOUR TRACK
Work alongside experienced professionals in the field and in the office, and choose the path that fits where you want your career to go:
PROJECT ENGINEER INTERN
For students aiming to become Project Managers. You'll work from the office side of the build, learning how a job is planned, budgeted, and run. Expect to sit in on owner and subcontractor meetings, track submittals and RFIs, help manage the schedule, and see how the numbers behind a project come together.
PRECONSTRUCTION INTERN
For future Estimators and Preconstruction Managers. You'll work the front end of a project, before it ever breaks ground. Expect to help build estimates, take off quantities, gather subcontractor bids, and sit in on buyout, learning how scope and budget get locked in.
FIELD ENGINEER INTERN
For students aiming to become Superintendents. You'll spend your time on site, learning how the work actually gets built. Expect to walk the job daily, help coordinate trades, track progress against the schedule, support quality and safety checks, and see every phase go up in front of you.
