Perry Reid Construction, rooted in Lincoln, NE, specializes in multi-family residential and hospitality projects across the Midwest.
Our journey began in 2017 when developers Craig Reid and Alex Perry, frustrated by the unreliable construction industry, decided to take action. They founded Perry Reid Construction to create a company built on integrity, accountability, and strong communication.
Since our inception, we have been driven by a singular mission: to deliver projects on schedule and under budget, without compromising on quality or client satisfaction. Our team's deep knowledge of both development and construction gives us a unique edge, allowing us to not only realize the owner's vision, but take it to new heights. Our goal is to create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment and to continually improve our efforts by strictly adhering to industry standards and implementing new guidelines and safety innovations. We hold your safety to the utmost importance, whether in the office, on the job, or on the road. We are committed to being a safety leader in the construction industry.
Our continuous commitment to safety has enabled us to earn an Experience Modification Rating of 0.75.
PRC believes in a top-down approach to safety, starting with executive leadership, office staff members down to our project staff, who implement our safety initiatives on the job site every day through weekly “Toolbox Talks”, daily job-site hazard meetings, and ongoing safety training throughout the year. We utilize our in-house safety professionals and outside safety consulting firms, which provide additional safety expertise, training, as well as third-party job site safety audits.

POST-CONSTRUCTIONPRC's dedication to clients continues post-turnover, ensuring your building serves you well for years to come. Alongside the final punch list, we complete final system testing, compile O&M manuals, and coordinate utility transfers to guarantee an easy and seamless transition to ownership.
