2017 | FOUNDED
Developers Craig Reid and Alex Perry founded PRC in Lincoln, NE. Frustrated by contractors who didn't understand what was truly at stake on a project, they set out to build something different: a construction company with an owner's mindset.
2022 | RESTRUCTURED & EXPANDED
PRC restructured to become more proactive, directing its expertise toward multi-family, hospitality, senior living, and commercial construction, while expanding preconstruction services to formalize a process for identifying issues before they become problems. The lessons learned from years of development experience were built directly into how PRC plans and executes every project.

Safety is PRC's number one priority. PRC operates with a zero-incident culture backed by a .76 EMR safety rating, well below the national average of 1.00. All employees hold OSHA 10/30-Hour and First Aid/CPR certifications.
PRC believes in a top-down approach to safety, starting with executive leadership and carried to every jobsite through weekly Toolbox Talks, daily job-site hazard meetings, monthly unannounced inspections, and ongoing training throughout the year. In-house safety professionals and outside consulting firms provide additional expertise, training, and third-party jobsite audits to keep every site compliant, accountable, and safe.

SET THE STANDARDBefore work begins, PRC aligns expectations with every trade partner and establishes the quality standard early. Pre-mobilization meetings and first work-in-place inspections set the benchmark before production ramps up, so every trade knows what right looks like from day one.

VERIFY EVERY PHASEContinuous inspections verify compliance at every phase of construction, with deficiencies tracked and resolved immediately rather than discovered at the end. Field coordination meetings keep trades aligned and quality issues from compounding.

DELIVER IT CLEANBefore owner walkthrough, PRC completes an internal Work-to-Complete inspection, identifying and resolving outstanding items before they ever become punch list issues. The result: a building built right the first time, with clean turnover and a minimal punch list.
