ABOUT: The Hastings Theatre District Kmart Exterior Facade Renovation project, AKA “The 905 Building,” includes the installation of 12 exterior storefront systems, 7 office windows, 10 structural steel canopies, a new concrete parking lot, metal panel and Nichiha siding, EIFS, exterior tile, site lighting, and a fresh coat of paint. Upgrades were also made to the building's fire and life safety, new interior and exterior utility service routing, and common spaces.

The 905 Building currently houses the Hastings Division of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Fitness Escape, and future spaces for prospective tenants.
